Albemarle Staff Report Favors Greystar

Hey residents of Albemarle County,

The staff report from the county came out supporting the Greystar 500 plus unit development on Old Ivy Road.

In the letter, we are asking the planning committee to disregard the staff report and make Old Ivy Road safe before allowing any development.
